What is a Hi-Res file?

Hi-res, High-Res or high-resolution images are at least 300 pixels per inch (ppi).
 

How to know what file size you require?

We automatically supply the highest resolution files on hand. If we don't have a high-resolution file available for your preferred image, our in-house Content Team will scan it for you at no extra cost. If a high-resolution file is already available but you require a much larger file, we may need to charge a rescan fee.
